Triacetonamine is a yellow to brownish crystalline substances with a characteristic amine odour. It is soluble in common organic solvents. It creates a hydrate with water.

USES

PACKAGING

TAA is delivered in 200 l galvanised steel drums or in heated tanker trucks.

STORAGE

Store in dry and covered storage areas for up to 6 months. Processing within 1 month is recommended. Keep the package properly sealed. Avoid temperatures above 60 °C to prevent degradation. Protect the product from moisture and air/oxygen (store in nitrogen-shielded atmosphere).

TMP (Tetramethylpiperidinol, 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol)

USES

An organic intermediate product used for additional processing in chemical processes, primarily the production of HALS type light stabilisers and in the pharmaceutical industry.

PACKAGING

The product is delivered in 500 or 550 kg big bags or in 25 kg paper bags with an internal polyethylene liner and secured with plastic wrap on a pallet.

Road, rail and marine.

STORAGE

The product may be stored for up to 6 months from the date of production in sealed packaging in dry and cool places.

COMPOSITION, APPEARANCE AND PROPERTIES

Light monomer stabiliser (HALS type). It is a mixed ester of higher fatty acids and 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinol. Under normal conditions, this is a solid waxy white to light yellow substances with no characteristic odour.

USES

This product is intended to protect polymers from the damaging effects of ultraviolet light, which causes photooxidation. Polyolefins, LDPE, HDPE and PP products, are the primarily areas of use. It may also be used for PS, ABS, PA and PUR products and certain coatings.

PACKAGING

160 kg in 200 l galvanised steel drums. Other types and forms of packaging may be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the customer.

Store in dry and covered storage areas. The maximum storage temperature is 35 °C. Keep the product away from heating pipes or other sources of heat.

Dastib 845 S

COMPOSITION, APPEARANCE AND PROPERTIES

It is a mixed ester of higher fatty acids and 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinol applied on an inert carrier, in this case low density polyethylene (LDPE). Appearance - white to slightly yellow non-powdery granulate with no characteristic odour.
